Disability Access Certificates

Disability Access Certificates (DACs) are required for all new buildings  with the exception of individual dwelling houses and for material changes of use, material alterations  or extensions to existing buildings subject to specific criteria. A Fire Safety Certificate  is generally required whenever a Disability Access Certificate is, refer to our Fire Safety Certificate page for more info.
